4. Services Offered

Ride Sync empowers transportation companies with a range of powerful tools and features through our website. These services include, but are not limited to, efficient invoicing, accurate quoting, seamless reservation management, and precise scheduling capabilities.

5. User-Generated Content

Ride Sync operates as a platform for transportation management and does not host user-generated content. All data entered into the system, such as customer information and operational details, remains the sole property of the respective users.

6. Payment and Billing

To streamline your experience, we facilitate payments through Stripe and prefer credit card transactions. By using our services, you agree to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete payment information for the duration of your subscription. Failure to do so may result in service interruption.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Ride Sync operates with the utmost commitment to quality, but we do not offer any express or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or outcomes of our services. We do, however, commit to providing support and assistance to the best of our abilities.

8. Unacceptable Behaviors

Unlawful activities, prohibited sales, or any actions that contravene our Terms are strictly forbidden on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws. We maintain the right to enforce these standards and terminate accounts or report such activities to the relevant authorities.

9. Termination

If a user account falls behind on subscription payments and remains in arrears for 30 days, Ride Sync reserves the right to delete the account. Additionally, we retain the authority to terminate accounts in the event of policy violations, as specified in these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All data stored within the Ride Sync system belongs to the user and will not be sold, shared, or distributed without explicit user consent, unless required by law. However, Ride Sync may utilize aggregated customer data, including email addresses and phone numbers, for legitimate business purposes, such as improving our services and customer outreach.

11. Service Availability and Changes

Ride Sync strives to maintain the availability of our services but may occasionally undergo maintenance or experience downtime. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the user and Ride Sync regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

30. Early Cancellations

At Ride Sync, we strive to provide flexible and customer-friendly services. For our paid plans, cancellations of monthly plans are non-refundable, meaning once you subscribe for a month, you are committed to the full term of the subscription period. However, we offer an option for early termination of annual plans. If you choose to cancel your annual plan before the end of the subscription period, a 25% early termination fee of the remaining balance will apply. 31. Downtime Liability

At Ride Sync, we strive to provide reliable and continuous service. However, we want to clarify that we are not responsible for any lost business resulting from downtime. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that such downtime is a possibility and that Ride Sync shall not be held liable for any financial losses or business interruptions caused by these events.
